Matt Fornataro is a former All-American and UNH captain who played nearly a decade of pro hockey in the AHL and Europe.
He co-founded TorchPro and now leads MF Performance Coaching, helping athletes and teams turn mindset into consistent results with simple, game-ready tools. He has worked with athletes across the NHL, NFL, PWHL, NBA, PGA Tour, and PLL, as well as retired military veterans.
